One of the most helpful tools for selling real estate is a 3D virtual tour. Your clients can walk through the house and get a good idea of how it flows. Pricing is based on 3 factors:

    * Photography: We charge $100 per 1000 square feet. 2000 sq ft house would be $200, a 4500 square ft house would be $450.00.

    * Design and Hosting:  The cost to design and host your 3D tour is $100. That also includes hosting the 3D tour online for 180 days. You can extend the hosting for another 180 days for $25.

    * Travel:  .60 per mile round trip from Fairhope Al. Travel can be split between clients if multiple jobs are booked.
